Optimal Running technique (biomechanics) is required for good performance and reduction of the incidence of injury. A running assessment can assist to identify faults in running technique that could be detrimental to performance and increase the potential for injury. An improved running technique can improve performance and decrease the likelihood of injury due to decreasing unwanted and undue stress and strain on joints, ligaments, and muscles. Your assessment will include video analysis to further assist in assessing your running technique. The assessment will include exercises to assist key muscle activation and strengthening to improve your technique and ultimately your performance.
